Twelve minutes' walk from Bentota's railway station, City Beach Apartment occupies a ground-floor unit on Pahurumulla Lane with a private garden, terrace, and direct beach access on the Bentota River estuary.

Water sports run from the property itself — diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, and fishing are all on-site, with bicycle rental available for the mangrove trails that skirt the lagoon. A hot tub, outdoor pool, and in-house massage service mean little reason to leave the grounds between sessions on the water.

Bentota lies roughly 65km south of Colombo on the coastal rail line, around 90 minutes on the intercity express. Airport shuttle and car rental are arranged through the tour desk; cooking classes and cultural tours can also be booked on-site.
