Beyond the 69km post on the Colombo–Galle Highway, Sri Villas occupies a direct beachfront position in Induruwa, a quieter stretch of the southwest coast between the busier resort towns of Bentota and Hikkaduwa. The Indian Ocean sits immediately off the garden rather than across a road.

Activities lean toward the water: snorkelling, canoeing, diving, and windsurfing are all arranged on-site, while bicycles are available for the flat coastal cycling route north toward Bentota's river estuary. Cooking classes and guided bike tours add a cultural layer beyond the beach.
