The Pleasure Kosgoda

Twelve kilometres north of Galle's Dutch fort, The Pleasure Kosgoda fronts a private beach on Sri Lanka's southwestern coast, where the Colombo–Galle road runs between the property's garden and the Indian Ocean. Rooms carry sea or pool views, tile floors, and balconies; the kitchen delivers breakfast directly to each room on request.

The property runs a notably broad activity list for its size: cooking classes, cultural tours, walking excursions, fishing, and themed dinners all operate in-house without third-party booking. A spa, massage service, and beauty treatments are available on-site, while the bar offers happy hour and live music evenings.

Kosgoda itself is known for its sea turtle hatchery, a short walk along the beach, separating this stretch from the busier resort strip of Bentota to the north.
