Four apartments occupy a stone townhouse on Zvizdina street in Split's Veli Varoš district, a quiet fishermen's quarter climbing Marjan hill's eastern slope, ten minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace peristyle.

Each unit keeps a separate kitchen and private balcony rather than shared corridors, suited to families or longer stays who want to cook rather than eat out every night.

Marjan's pine-covered paths start two streets uphill, while the Riva promenade and ferry port lie the other direction, within easy walking range for day-trippers to the islands.
