Sixteen minutes on foot from Split's Riva waterfront, City studio occupies a residential block on Kninska ulica in the Mertojak district, east of the old town's tourist density and closer to local bakeries than souvenir shops — a practical base for travellers who'd rather walk to sights than pay historic-centre rates.

Each studio keeps a kitchenette for self-catering, flat-screen TV, and individual heating and air conditioning; the whole property is smoke-free. There's no restaurant on site, but the Mertojak neighbourhood covers daily needs on foot.
