Guest House Varos

Sixteen rooms occupy a stone guesthouse on Milićeva 64a, deep inside Varoš — Split's oldest non-Roman neighbourhood, where limestone lanes run uphill from the Diocletian Palace western gate toward Marjan Hill. The palace itself is a five-minute walk east, and the Riva promenade is reachable in under ten minutes, making this a practical base for visitors who want the old town on foot without sleeping inside the tourist corridor.

Each room comes with a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, and electric kettle — functional kit for longer stays. A private entrance and sitting area give the place more of a rented-apartment feel than a standard guesthouse corridor. Parking is available, rare in this tightly packed quarter.

Airport shuttle service removes the need for a taxi from Split Airport, roughly 25 kilometres west on the coast road — a useful detail for early arrivals.
