Kovacic Rooms

Sixteen rooms occupy a stone townhouse on Radmilovića ulica, a residential lane in Split's Veli Varoš quarter, ten minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace peristyle. The steep, narrow streets here predate the tourist crowds around the Riva.

Rooms keep exposed limestone walls and small Dalmatian-tile bathrooms; several open onto shared terraces facing Marjan hill. No restaurant on site, but the Varoš konoba cluster two streets down serves grilled fish through late evening.

A practical base for travellers who want the old town's monuments within walking distance but without the peristyle's evening noise.
