Carved into the second floor of a Marmontova ulica building — Split's main pedestrian promenade — L'Avenue places guests directly above the street-level flow of Diocletian's Palace foot traffic, roughly 200m from the palace's Golden Gate. Rooms offer city and landmark views through windows that catch the Dalmatian light; a practical base for couples and solo travellers who want the old town at their door without paying old-town hotel rates.

Each room runs a coffee machine, minibar, and private bathroom; air conditioning is individually controlled per room. Upper floors are stairs-only, worth noting for heavy luggage. Airport shuttle service is available on request.
