Twelve rooms occupy a restored townhouse on Zadarska 13, the Marmont Heritage Hotel sitting just north of Split's old town walls, within a ten-minute walk of Diocletian's Palace and the Riva waterfront — a quiet base for travellers who want Old Town access without the peristyle crowds outside their door.

Stone facades and timber beams remain from the original build; interiors mix them with contemporary furnishings. Breakfast is served on a small rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding rooftops toward Marjan hill.
