Twelve suites fill a restored townhouse on Medulićeva 2, a quiet residential street between Split's Varoš district and the Riva waterfront, five minutes on foot from Diocletian's Palace peristyle. The address suits couples and small groups wanting the Old Town within walking distance without the noise of Narodni trg after dark.

Each suite keeps a small kitchenette rather than minibar service, useful given the Pazar green market three streets away. Stone stairwells and no elevator remain from the original build.

Marjan hill's pine paths start a ten-minute walk north.
