Forty steps from Split's Peristyle, Opera Heritage Rooms occupies a restored townhouse on Čajkovskog Street, inside the walls of Diocletian's Palace. The four-star property keeps stone archways and timber beams original to the structure, paired with soundproofed windows against the square's evening crowds.

Rooms are compact, split between palace-view and courtyard-facing; the latter suit light sleepers. No restaurant on site, but the Fruit Square market stalls and konoba taverns sit within a two-minute walk.
