Porto Nativo Split

Eight rooms occupy a stone townhouse on Domilijina ulica, one narrow lane inside Diocletian's Palace walls in Split's UNESCO-listed old town. The building's Roman-era stonework is left exposed across the stairwell and ground-floor corridor.

Rooms vary in ceiling height depending on floor; upper levels catch more of the palace's ambient evening light. No lift services the building, which suits the scale — bags are carried by staff on arrival.

The Riva waterfront promenade is a three-minute walk through the Golden Gate, and the Varoš neighbourhood's wine bars begin half a block west. Ferry terminals for Brač and Hvar islands are reachable on foot in under ten minutes.
