Five soundproofed rooms and a self-contained studio occupy a detached house on Jadranska ulica, roughly 200 metres from Split's Bačvice beach and a ten-minute walk from Diocletian's Palace's eastern gate.

Each unit has a private entrance, full kitchen with stovetop and microwave, and extra-long beds — a detail that distinguishes the property from the narrow-framed older apartments dominating this stretch of coast. An open-air bath and terrace face the inner courtyard garden, which doubles as a quiet breakfast or evening sitting area.

An airport shuttle removes the need to negotiate Split's limited taxi ranks on arrival. Upper floors are stairs-only, worth noting for heavy luggage.
