Wrapped around a 1914 casona in Quito's Centro Histórico, this restored property on Av. Gran Colombia places guests within direct sightline of the Gothic Basílica del Voto Nacional, whose spires rise less than 150 metres to the north.

The rooftop terrace is the practical draw: breakfast and evening drinks with an unobstructed cathedral panorama, at an elevation of 2,850 metres above sea level — noticeably cooler than coastal Ecuador cities. Original period details, exposed stone, and timber ceilings survived the renovation intact throughout common areas.
