Twelve cabins spread across the forested flanks of Volcán Ilaló, Ilatoa Lodge occupies the Rumihaycu sector roughly 20 kilometres east of Quito's historic centre — high enough above the valley floor to frame unobstructed Andes panoramas from every garden-facing patio.

The spa covers a full massage menu, from couples and full-body treatments to foot and head sessions, with yoga classes and cooking lessons scheduled on request. BBQ facilities, a picnic area, and outdoor play equipment with a kids' club make it a workable base for families. Hardwood floors and private bathrooms are standard across rooms; room service and daily housekeeping run around the clock.

Airport shuttle and a staffed tour desk handle Quito logistics; the Ilaló crater trail begins within walking distance of the property entrance.
