Six rooms occupy a restored palazzo on Via Serafino Elmo, a quiet lane two minutes on foot from Lecce's Piazza Sant'Oronzo and the Roman amphitheatre below it. The building retains its original barrel-vaulted ceilings and exposed tufo stone walls, common to Baroque Lecce but preserved here with unusual care.

Breakfast is served inside the vaulted ground-floor common room and draws on local pasticciotti and rustico pastries from the surrounding Salento bakeries rather than a standard buffet spread.

Lecce's centro storico is walkable in every direction from this address: the Basilica di Santa Croce is four minutes north, the Porta Napoli gate six minutes. The nearest train connection to Brindisi airport runs from Lecce Centrale, a fifteen-minute walk.
