Stretched across the first and second floors of a residential building on Via Pesciatina, Casa Similli is a self-catering apartment in Lucca's quieter northern fringe, roughly ten minutes by bicycle from the medieval city walls.

The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine included — making it practical for stays longer than a weekend. A balcony overlooks the inner courtyard, and marble-tiled floors keep rooms cool through Tuscan summers. Note that upper floors are stairs-only with no lift.

Via Pesciatina connects directly into the walled centre without heavy tourist traffic, giving guests a residential approach to Lucca rather than a hotel-district one. Parking is available on site, useful given the apartment's position just outside the ZTL restricted zone.
