Kareem Luxury Camp

Between the rose-red sandstone monoliths of Wadi Rum's protected reserve, Kareem Luxury Camp places its tented suites directly on the desert floor with unobstructed sightlines to Jebel Rum to the west and Jebel Khazali to the south.

The camp sits off Disa Road, the northern track through the reserve, positioning guests away from the busier jeep trails near the visitor centre. Evenings centre on an open-fire majlis; Bedouin-prepared zarb — slow-cooked lamb buried in a sand pit — is the standard dinner rather than a buffet alternative.

Wadi Rum village, where the reserve permit desk and the Royal Aero Sports Club balloon launch site are located, sits roughly fifteen minutes by 4WD. Petra is a two-hour drive north via the Desert Highway.
