LOVCEN4ME

Eight kilometres of mountain switchbacks above Cetinje, Lovcen4me sits inside Lovćen National Park on the Bjelosi plateau, where beech forest replaces the coastal heat of the Bay of Kotor below.

Rooms face the karst ridgeline rather than any road; the nearest petrol station is a twenty-minute drive, making this a deliberate retreat. The Njegoš Mausoleum crowns the summit two kilometres above, reachable on foot via a marked trail from the property — a detail absent from most Montenegrin listings.

Cetinje, the country's historic royal capital, lies under thirty minutes by car, with its national museums and old embassy quarter intact.
