Opposite the Njivice waterfront in Herceg-Novi, Charmy Studio Lux occupies a self-contained apartment with a private entrance on a quiet residential street above the Bay of Kotor. Upper floors are reached by stairs only, and the terrace faces the water rather than the road.

The studio runs as a full independent unit: kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator handle longer stays without grocery anxiety. A washing machine, iron, and wardrobe round out the practical side. Batherobe, bathtub, and electric kettle lift the stay above the standard self-catering baseline.

Herceg-Novi's Old Town walls and the Kanli Kula fortress are walkable from Njivice, with the Kotor Bay ferry connection nearby. Off-street parking is included — unusual for the old quarter.
