Twenty apartments face Velika Plaza, Ulcinj's 13-kilometre sand beach — one of the longest on the Adriatic coast — placing guests within a short walk of the waterline without the noise of the town centre above.

Units come with private bathrooms, balconies, hardwood or tile floors, air conditioning, and a shared kitchen for self-catering stays. Daily housekeeping, food delivery to the room, and an airport shuttle round out the practical offer. Mountain and garden views are available from upper floors, reached by stairs only.

Ulcinj sits at Montenegro's southern tip, 25 kilometres from the Albanian border and roughly 170 kilometres from Tivat Airport. The old walled town and its fish restaurants are a short drive north along the coast.
