Dar Jasmine

Stretched along Av. Ras Elma at the eastern edge of Chefchaouen's medina, Dar Jasmine sits where the blue-washed lanes give way to the Ras El Maa spring — a five-minute walk from the main Plaza Uta el-Hammam and a practical base for travellers wanting medina access without being inside its narrowest corridors.

The outdoor pool is an uncommon feature in a city where most riads skip it entirely; the terrace above catches the Rif mountain ridge on both sides of the valley. Breakfast draws on Moroccan staples — msemen, amlou, fresh-pressed olive oil — rather than a standard continental spread.
