Converted from a roadside café along the Rissani route into a combined restaurant and rest stop, Moove Oil occupies a compact building on the edge of Erfoud, the gateway town to Erg Chebbi's sand dunes some 50km to the north.

The operation runs as café, restaurant, and fuelling point together — a practical combination on a stretch of road where services thin out quickly toward the Algerian border. Food leans on southern Moroccan staples: tagine, harira, and Medjool date preparations native to the Tafilalet palm groves surrounding the town.
