Five luxury tents pitched at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dune field in Merzouga, Sahara Eden Camp sits where the last paved track ends and the open desert begins. The location places guests within walking distance of dunes that top 150 metres — among the tallest in Morocco.

Each canvas suite combines traditional Berber textiles with private en-suite facilities, a notable upgrade from the shared-bathroom camps more common along this stretch. Stargazing here is unobstructed; no town light reaches the site by midnight.

Merzouga village, with its camel trailheads and morning market stalls, sits roughly 5km north. The nearest airport is Errachidia, about 100km away, with most guests arriving by pre-arranged transfer from Fes or Marrakech on a two-day desert route.
