Sahara Safari Luxury Camp & Activities

Twelve kilometres from the Algerian border, Sahara Safari Luxury Camp occupies the dune fringe of Erg Chebbi outside Merzouga — Morocco's tallest sand sea — making it a five-star base for camel treks at first light and 4x4 circuits into the open erg, best suited to couples and families after full desert immersion.

The camp's tented suites use layered Berber textiles and private terraces aligned to the dune face; the communal fire circle runs nightly with Gnawa percussion and a set Moroccan dinner. Activities extend to sandboarding, quad riding, and guided star-gazing sessions well away from village light.

Merzouga sits roughly 50km south of Rissani, the nearest ATM town. Most guests arrive via a two-day drive from Fes or Marrakech; the camp coordinates airport transfers on request.
