El Far Hotel Restaurant

Twelve rooms perch inside a restored lighthouse keeper's complex on the Sant Sebastià headland above Calella de Palafrugell, one of the Costa Brava's least-commercialised coves. The property commands an unbroken panorama across the Cap de Begur coastline, with the lighthouse tower still standing as a navigational aid beside the terrace.

The restaurant draws serious attention beyond hotel guests; themed dinners rotate with the season and special-diet menus are prepared on request. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, and the bar stocks wine and champagne alongside the standard minibar in each room.

The Sant Sebastià headland sits a ten-minute walk above the village beach, reached via a signed coastal path. Parking on site removes the difficulty of the narrow access road, and a shuttle service covers transfers for guests arriving without a car.
