Terra Sayan

Built into the Sayan ridge above the Ayung River valley, Terra Sayan positions each villa to face the terraced jungle canopy rather than neighbouring structures — a deliberate orientation that makes the gorge view the room's focal point at every hour.

Units are adults-only and ground-floor, with private pools, walk-in closets, and bathtubs alongside open terraces for outdoor dining. The on-site restaurant and coffee house draw on Balinese special-diet options on request, and breakfast can be delivered directly to the villa each morning.

Sayan sits roughly four kilometres west of central Ubud, quieter than the Monkey Forest corridor and closer to the Ayung white-water put-in used by rafting operators. Cooking classes and walking tours are arranged through the tour desk; the airport shuttle connects to Ngurah Rai in under two hours.
