Beneath the Ottoman clock tower at Khan al-Umdan, Akka occupies one of Acre's most storied caravanserais — a vaulted courtyard complex built in 1784 that once housed merchants trading between Damascus and the Mediterranean ports.

Rooms sit within the restored stone arches of the original khan, with ceiling heights no modern build could replicate. The Old City's Crusader halls, the Al-Jazzar Mosque, and the harbour fish market all fall within a five-minute walk.
