Five rooms occupy a stone townhouse on via de Challant, steps from Aosta's Roman-era grid and the Porta Praetoria arch, ten minutes on foot from the Collegiate Church cloister — a compact base for travellers exploring the Val d'Aosta on foot rather than by car.

Each room keeps its own sitting area, sofa bed, and walk-in closet, with minibar and electric kettle for self-catering between meals; upper floors are stair-access only, no lift.

Private check-in lets guests arrive on their own schedule, and a coffee house on site covers breakfast before the mountain trailheads open.
