Masseria Gianna Forte dei Marmi

Forty minutes from Pisa Galilei airport, Masseria Gianna sits on Via Cugnia within Viareggio's sprawling pineta — the coastal pine forest that separates the town from Forte dei Marmi's private beach clubs to the north. The property takes its name from the latter, signalling its position near the boundary between the two resorts.
