La Rose Du Desert

Four kilometres of palmery track separate La Rose Du Desert from central Erfoud, a Tafilalt oasis town built on the fossil trade and the last stop before the Merzouga dunes. The kitchen leans on Tafilalt produce — dates, olives, and bread baked in a clay oven on site. Erfoud's Sunday souk and fossil workshops sit a short drive away, and staff arrange 4x4 transfers into the dunes for sunrise departures.
