Twelve bungalows along Jalan Ped-Buyuk in Batununggul, on Nusa Penida's quieter north coast facing the Badung Strait toward Bali. The property sits a short walk from the village pier, a practical base for divers and snorkelers exploring the island's reef walls without the overcrowding of the Toyapakeh dive corridor.

Each ground-floor unit opens onto a garden terrace with tile flooring and a private bathroom with bathtub. An outdoor pool anchors the central garden, and beach loungers are set at the adjacent shoreline. The tour desk arranges snorkeling day trips to Manta Point and Crystal Bay, both reachable in under thirty minutes by boat.
